But honestly, back in 2007 when we set this company up, we did so because we thought we could offer sexy, creative holidays instead of stodgy, learning courses. So that's exactly what we did. And judging by the number of escapees who choose to return, we think we're on the right track.

No problem at all. Our team regularly work in leading travel & lifestyle magazines, so we know the inside track to all the places we visit, including the other stuff in the region we couldn't fit in. In fact, give us a bell and we'll help you craft your unique itinerary.

WHERE WILL I SLEEP?
Sweet dreams are guaranteed. We've scoured our destination notebooks, pillow-tested the collection and hand-picked our favourite hip hotels - from the luxe-colonial governors mansion in Cambodia to the Harpers-voted 'blissed-out haven' outside Marrakech - that each retain the essence of the region.

DO I GET PACKING INFO?
We get just as excited as you before we go away, so prior to leaving, we'll keep you regularly posted with plenty of info. And to keep you on the straight and narrow before your photography holiday, we'll send you a small, personal guide containing all the information you need to prepare you for your photography tour.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
We really hate trips with lots of hidden costs, so we price it pretty simply. All accommodation, transfers, breakfasts, lunches, materials, tours, plus expert guidance is included in the price. All you need is a little bit of cash for evening meals and a few pressies for those unfortunate not to be there.

We've hunted down the locals favourites in every haven we visit, so you can be sure you're eating the best, organic cuisine on offer. So, whether you are dining under the stars on our private island in Venice, or tucking into a delicious mezze in the Syrian Desert, you'll be sure our nightly socials can't be experienced anywhere else.

WHAT SIZES ARE THE GROUPS?
Small groups aren't small if they have 20 people in them. At Creative Escapes, our guest to tutor ratio is never more than 8:1, so you can be sure you're buying a small, personalised experience rather than a follow-the-umbrella group tour.

DO YOU BOOK THE FLIGHTS?
We source and recommend the cheapest flight options that fit with our schedule, and upon arrival, our team will be there to pick you up and whisk you off for your photography holiday. From arrival to departure, we've thought of absolutely everything, leaving you to kick back and enjoy.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I GET HOME?
The fun's not over! You're automatically a member of our Escapology club, meaning an open invite to tons of fun stuff, including our annual summer party at our chateau in France, day trips to cool places, free talks by super talented creatives and a spot at our end-of-year party.
